REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
o A minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with aircraft maintenance, repairs, and modifications. o Proven experience as a Technician, including systems upgrades, avionics installations, and airframe alterations, and required ceryepmtifications: • GE CT7 General Familiarization Certification, strongly preferred. • • GE Dowty Propeller Field Repairs Certification strongly preferred. o FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required. o Inspection Authorization (IA) a plus. o Valid Driver’s License required and ability to obtain airport access card. o Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. o A working knowledge of Saab 340 systems, structures, engines, and avionics. o Proficient with maintenance tracking software and computerized diagnostic tools. o Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
