Hours will vary (20-40 hours) per week depending on project needs.

Position Overview: A creative role dedicated to supporting Presentation Art Directors with asset sourcing, categorizing and organizing. Partners to align on or provide assets for visuals for Key Company Meetings. May also support speaker video cross functionally with other areas.

Responsibilities:

• Locate, Pull and recommend assets to presentation art directors and/or PPT designers.
• Categorizes and saves assets according to filing system.
• Establishes relationships with internal teams to gather assets early and in anticipation of use.
• Awareness of campaign style guides and assets, staying on top of changes and communicating out to Presentation Art Directors.
• Helps connect dots with respect to assets and their usage. Considers potential asset use overlaps amongst presentations.
• Understands asset usage and only provides assets that meet usage guidelines for the Key Meetings.
• May help Presentation Art Director with storyboarding needs.
• Sources assets for visuals as part of segment/presentation.
• Identify and submit User Generated Content (UGC) requests if/as needed.
• Identify and obtain new assets to best visualize the content. Ensure all used assets have appropriate rights.
• Prioritize needs, and understand deadlines – when to pull or hold projects.
• May help review videos that are part of presentations; consult if/as needed to ensure alignment with segment/presentation content; provide assets if requested.
• Participate in weekly presentation meetings with all presentation partners and incorporates needed agenda item.
• Provides hour estimates after kick-off.
