Gather and validate functional and technical requirements
Conduct gap analysis and stakeholder interviews
Create detailed documentation (FRDs, process flows, test cases)
Assist in QA and UAT activities
Collaborate across development and project teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations
8+ years experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale IT projects
Proficient in MS Visio, MS Project, Excel, Power BI
Familiar with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
SQL querying and data analysis experience
