- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of transactional experience
- The role will include contract drafting, business and tax planning, business formation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions
- The firm has a hybrid set up, 1750 billable target, compensation between $115-125k, and a lucrative bonus structure
