Senior Business Intelligence Analyst/Data Analyst

Full-Time | Permanent | Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid)

IntePros Consulting is partnering with a leading Insurance client in Conshohocken, PA to identify a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their growing analytics team. This strategic role demands a seasoned data professional with demonstrated success leading BI initiatives, particularly within the Property & Casualty or broader insurance domain . The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in translating complex business problems into scalable data solutions and empowering business users with self-service analytics and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise BI solutions by integrating data from disparate systems into cohesive, insightful dashboards and reports.
• Drive discovery sessions with business stakeholders to define requirements, identify KPIs, and prioritize enhancements across cross-functional projects.
• Architect and manage robust ETL processes using Power Query, SSIS , or other tools to ensure accurate and timely data transformation.
• Leverage advanced SQL and data modeling skills to develop and maintain reporting data marts and analytical frameworks.
• Serve as a thought partner to leadership, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through in-depth analysis of internal and external datasets.
• Deliver ad-hoc and strategic analysis, providing prescriptive recommendations and influencing business decision-making.
• Act as a mentor to junior analysts, promoting best practices in data governance, visualization standards, and storytelling with data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data science roles, with strong command of SQL Server Management Studio and modern data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Deep expertise in data warehousing concepts , dimensional modeling, and building scalable reporting solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including complex formulas, PivotTables, and automation techniques.
• Strong understanding of DAX , and familiarity with statistical programming (R, Python, SAS) is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to distill complex data into executive-level insights and visualizations that drive action.
• Self-directed, highly analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
