Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the LTL strategy for ProTrans
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, negotiating rates and securing capacity
• Negotiate competitive rates for the LTL network
• Ensure timely and accurate communication between carriers and internal teams
• Proactively resolve service issues
• Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to analyze freight trends and carrier performance
• Stay current on market trends and regulatory changes
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience with an LTL carrier or 3PL, with a focus on LTL
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
