15 to Fit Method™ Pilates is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic Certified Pilates Instructor to join our vibrant team. This Full-Time position is ideal for someone passionate about fitness and looking to expand their career in a thriving and supportive environment. Please note, this role is based on-site as it is not a remote job position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct beginner to advanced Pilates sessions for individuals, and groups up to 6 participants using Pilates equipment and suspension training methods.
• Develop personalized Pilates programs that meet individual client goals and promote health and wellness.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and supportive atmosphere that motivates and challenges clients while ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Perform client assessments to track progress, provide feedback, and adjust programs as necessary.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance the quality and variety of Pilates programs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends in Pilates and fitness to ensure innovative and effective session delivery.
• Manage Pilates equipment to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and certification in the Pilates field, including the 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates.

Requirements

These are the skills you must already have in order to qualify for this position:

• Highly developed written, and face-to-face verbal communication skills.

• People skills and personality.

• High School Diploma.

• At least one (1) Fitness Course or Certification.

• At least one year or more of fitness or dance teaching experience.

• Passion for health and fitness, with dedicated attention to personal and professional integrity.

• Basic proficiency in using technology for scheduling and communication purposes.

• Health and fitness education.
• Kinesiology or Exercise Science degree

Our owner, Patrea Aeschliman, is a Balanced Body Master Instructor who has trained instructors internationally. We currently offer fitness classes using Pilates equipment, suspension training and bodyweight conditioning. We offer one-on-one instruction, or small group instruction of 6 people or less, in which we educate, motivate, and support our clients to improve their health and fitness. Our studio is located in Mooresville right off of Exit 33 on Williamson Road. We will be expanding to Huntersville and are actively seeking instructors to teach in Mooresville, Huntersville or both.

You can earn $20-$40 per hour and from 5 hours per week up to full-time. Starting hourly rate is based upon experience in instructing Pilates equipment and fitness training sessions. 15 to Fit offers a casual, fun environment, innovative equipment, and the opportunity to learn the inner-workings of a successful Pilates training studio. This is an amazing opportunity to expand your personal training and Pilates knowledge without having to travel to different parts of the country and spend hundreds of dollars in workshop costs! You will have the opportunity to work on a daily basis with Master Instructors.
