Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Change Manager to join their team! This position is located in SeaTac, Washington.
Duties:
- Work on large-scale change, leading the change management effort, often including organizational change components
- Perform complex assessments, synthesizing disparate elements into a cohesive change strategy
- Conduct mid-level process work, facilitate workshops, guide process decisions, and collaborate with process specialists as needed
- Create moderately complex communication and learning materials for internal use
- Provide guidance to less experienced change managers and specialists
- Manage a portfolio of change work, aligning change workstreams, allocating tasks and resources, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and business outcome achievement
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 7+ years of full-time experience leading change as a Change Manager in complex organizational environments
- Proven expertise across all facets of change management, including assessment, planning, design, execution, sustainment, and enabling change agents to lead within their teams
- Deep experience in organizational change management, with a track record of driving successful adoption and business outcomes
- Strong ability to identify, document, and improve business processes
- Skilled in delivering learning and training content in both in-person and virtual formats
- Advanced ability to quickly absorb new information, technical language, and specialized terminology, and connect disparate elements into cohesive strategies
- Able to apply the company’s change management frameworks and standards while exercising sound judgment to adapt approaches to project needs
- Effectively balances multiple priorities and helps guide teams in doing the same under shifting conditions
- Builds strong, collaborative relationships and works cross-functionally to drive results
- Demonstrates success working with individuals at all levels of the organization, including union-represented staff, non-union employees, contractors, and external vendors

The approximate pay range for this position is between $73.00 and $105.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
