We’re actively seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to join a compassionate, mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to its community. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for an experienced nursing professional ready to lead and inspire.

📍 Location: Seymour, TX

💼 Type: Full-Time | On-Site

💲 Salary Range: $125,607 – $149,190 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts

Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for nursing services across all clinical areas
• Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies and procedures in line with best practices
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, and ongoing development of nursing personnel
• Advocate for patient-centered care and improved patient outcomes
• Manage nursing budgets and resources efficiently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
• Active nursing license in good standing (State of TX or eligible for licensure)
• Proven experience in nursing administration and leadership
• Knowledge of medical records management and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in rural, acute, or critical access hospital settings preferred
