A Brief Overview
The Clinical Dietitian provides medical nutrition training and nutritional assessments for outpatients at the Cotton O'Neil Heart Center. Although located at the Heart Center, the incumbent will provide services, as appropriate, to the broader clinic outpatient population with the targeted diagnoses. Primary focus will be patients with one or more of the following diagnoses: Heart Failure, Chronic Renal Disease, Coronary Artery Disease, Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension, & Dyslipidemia
