A respected practice is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their growing team. Practice Overview:

• You’ll join a supportive team with a patient-centered approach
• Small patient load: average of 5-6 patients per day, with tele-visits available
• Collaborative environment with 1 RN, 1 MA, and 3 front desk staff
• Call schedule is light, with a 1:4 ratio

Schedule:

• Flexible hours tailored for work-life balance
• Mix of clinic and occasional inpatient rounding
• Weekend schedule is minimal
• Telemedicine options available for patient visits

Compensation & Benefits:

• Year 1: $250K base with potential bonuses up to $50K
• Potential earnings exceed $500K in later years based on panel size

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Eligible/Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Open to all experience levels; subspecialty training welcomed
