Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid)

Compensation: $600–$1,500 per week (based on experience)

Languages: English required; Spanish preferred

About Us

We are a growing construction and millwork contracting company looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Estimator to join our team. Our projects range from residential to commercial builds, and we are seeking someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our success.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project estimates for labor, materials, and timelines.
• Work with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
• Read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Support the team in preparing proposals and budgets.
• Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Must speak English; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Knowledge of construction, architecture, or millwork industries is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation

Entry-Level / No Experience but Smart & Willing to Learn: $600 per week.

Junior Estimator (some knowledge of construction/estimating): Starting at $1,000 per week.

Highly Experienced Estimator: Up to $1,500 per week (top range).
