Corporate Paralegal – Dispute Resolution

Location: Irving, TX

Summary:

Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to support a Dispute Resolution team. This role involves managing a high-volume caseload, assisting with litigation, regulatory inquiries, and compliance matters, and working closely with internal departments and outside counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to subpoenas and coordinate service of complaints and court filings.
• Gather and produce information for discovery and investigations.
• Assist with litigation budgets and manage legal hold notices.
• Maintain docket management systems and department databases.
• Conduct legal research and handle confidential matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and global standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• At least 1 year of litigation paralegal experience.
• Paralegal certificate required.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.

Preferred:

• Certified Legal Assistant or equivalent.
• Experience with legal management systems (e.g., TeamConnect).
• Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
