Customer Success Representative

Surgical Product Solutions is a growing company in the medical device industry looking for business-minded inside sales professionals. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Our inside sales position's ideal candidate is ambitious, money-motivated, and is seeking growth opportunities within an innovative and fast-paced company. This position requires organization and attention to detail. Daily role would entail processing sales orders, logging order notes in our CRM system, and communication with internal teams.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of continued or higher education
• Desire to be a part of a rapidly expanding company with high growth potential
• Interest in professional development within the medical device industry
• Results-driven individual, high energy, self-starter
• Excellent customer communication and presentation skills

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Inside sales experience – documented success or reliable references
• Experience with customer service
• Proven sales experience

Primary Responsibilities

• Account Management
• Daily processing and logging of customer orders
• Update CRM with notes on customer accounts
• Attend meetings and training to maintain optimal communication with the sales team
