Job Title: Data Entry

Location: Franklin, TN – Hybrid

Pay Rate: $14/hr on W2

Duration: 06+ months and extendable

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Franklin, TN. The role involves entering, processing, and maintaining accurate records, as well as supporting reporting functions for film and television cue sheets. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and process all work-related data.
• Standardize and report cue sheets for film and television.
• Identify, escalate, and report issues requiring management support.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work quickly, and meet deadlines.
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.

Desirable (Not Required):

• Experience using an AS400 system.
• Prior experience in music publishing or copyright administration.
