Location: San Mateo, CA

Duration: 3 - 4 months with possibility of extension

Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00 PM (M-F)

Job description:

• Company is looking for a Coordinator, Technical Leadership Development, to join our team.
• This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with an ambitious mission and to help build the future of Leadership and Learning & Development at PEG SIE.
• You’ll work across a global team to support the design and delivery of world class development opportunities for employees of all levels.
• This is a long-term contract role that will be 6+ months and offer hybrid flexibly.
• The ideal candidate will have 2+ years HR experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide administrative, communication, and training support to Learning & Development (L&D) programs and initiatives
• Manage arrangements for learning programs, including marketing, scheduling, registration, hospitality and catering, day-of support, and post-event evaluation.
• Support vendor management through PO Processing
• and keeping records up to date
• Produce virtual learning engagements including, room management, taking attendance and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Research and source external learning content and facilitators.
