Job Description

Our client, a leading private bank, is seeking a Director of Portfolio Management to lead the portfolio management and investment function within their Private Wealth Group. This role is responsible for overseeing portfolio construction and investment advisory for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the portfolio management strategy across the private wealth platform
• Develop and implement investment policy, asset allocation, and portfolio construction frameworks
• Oversee the delivery of investment advice to relationship teams and clients
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance investment offering and advisory processes
• Manage team of portfolio managers and investment professionals
• Ensure portfolios align with client objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain oversight of performance monitoring, reporting, and portfolio rebalancing

Requirements:

• CFA charterholder
• Minimum 10 years of experience in portfolio management or investment advisory within private wealth or private banking
• Strong understanding of multi-asset class portfolio construction
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and delivering investment solutions to HNW and UHNW clients
• Experience navigating complex client needs and regulatory environments
