Pay Range: $25 - $26.27/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Equipment Availability: Perform electrical maintenance and machine support tasks to keep equipment operational and minimize downtime
• Promote Safety: Adhere to and promote Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain High Quality Standards: Follow quality procedures and demonstrate attention to detail in all work
• Support Preventive Maintenance: Provide feedback and perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan
• Efficient Problem Solving: Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and improve processes
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in activities that enhance quality, safety, and productivity
• Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with team members and support teams to ensure smooth operations
• Personal Development: Engage in training and development to support both personal growth and business goals.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- Must have an accredited 2-year associate degree in Electrical Design, Industrial Electrical Machine Controls/Programming, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
• Must have an accredited 2-year associate degree in Electrical Design, Industrial Electrical Machine Controls/Programming, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Requires some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
