The Recruiting Team at CB Partners specializes both in relevant industry knowledge as well as functional know-how. We specialize in accounting, organizational support, and supply chain and logistics across all industries.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and follow leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and understand their recruitment needs
• Develop and implement sales plan to achieve sales goals
• Attend industry events as networking opportunities in the Denver market
• Negotiate contracts/fees for selling recruitment solutions
• Pursue new clients through networking, cold calling and leveraging existing relationships

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (Agency recruitment experience is a plus)
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis out of Denver Office

Compensation: $55k - $70k base + commission
