Job Description

Adecco is seeking a dedicated and flexible Nurse Practitioner to join the clinical care team of a nationwide healthcare organization. This position requires the ability to float between three primary clinics in Deland, Deltona, Orange City, and Palm Coast, Florida.

Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
• National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations.

Schedule- Approximately 20 hours per week- (1-2 week days, and weekends)

Pay -The anticipated wage for this position is between $76 and $77.37

- Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling.
• Collaborate daily with a clinical care team to improve patient outcomes.
• Manage a panel of patients with a focus on preventative care and chronic disease management.
• Ensure accurate documentation and disposition planning.
• Report directly to the Practice Manager.
• Maintain flexibility to float between designated clinics and nearby locations as needed.
