Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in our Longwood, FL (HQ) office. The Graphic Designer will be versatile and detail-oriented with a strong foundation in web and UI design to join our creative team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings experience across print, digital, and user interface design. A working knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, on-brand creative for print, digital, and web platforms
• Develop UI layouts, mockups, and assets for websites and digital tools
• Collaborate with developers to support implementation of web designs
• Create materials for advertising, public outreach, social media, and internal communications
• Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Ensure consistency and accessibility across all design deliverables
• Contribute to the evolution of visual brand identity across campaigns and projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience, including:
• Web/UI design
• Print design (brochures, reports, signage)
• Digital design (social graphics, email templates, display ads)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience designing responsive web layouts with Figma
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, and layout
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and visually compelling solutions
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A strong portfolio showcasing web, print, and UI projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
