The Planet Group seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician to support a short-term, onsite engagement in Boston. This role is focused on end-user support, workstation imaging, device deployment, and troubleshooting across a Windows environment. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, can work independently, and is comfortable supporting a fast-moving office environment.
It is an onsite role and is a short-term (three month) assignment.
