Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join an AD100 Interior design firm, specializing in Hotel Design. This role will support the Architecture and Interior Design teams in the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring a seamless flow of information and consistent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Architecture and Interior Design department with daily operational needs across multiple projects.
• Enter and maintain project information, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date reporting.
• Draft, edit, and format a range of documents, including letters, technical reports, and project specifications.
• Maintain and track contracts, change orders, and purchase orders, ensuring organized records for each project.
• Distribute invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding balances to support cash flow.
• Submit applications and required documentation for projects in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a project coordination or administrative role, ideally within architecture, interior design, or related industries.
• Proficiency in project management systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and organization.
• Professional, team-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
