Established family owned real estate company seeking a knowledgeable and skilled attorney to serve as in-house counsel. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse background in various areas of law, but must possess experience drafting and reviewing contracts, analyzing cases, utilizing strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle litigation matters effectively.
