In-House Legal Counsel - Commercial General Contractor | Dallas, TX
We’re supporting a well-established and fast-growing commercial contractor in their search for a high-caliber In-House Counsel to take on the number one legal role within the business. With several hundred employees and a strong reputation across the commercial construction space, the company is continuing to scale and is looking for someone who can help shape legal strategy and support operations at every level.
The Role:
This is a #1 Legal Counsel position - a strategic and hands-on opportunity to serve as the legal voice inside the business. You’ll be embedded in the day-to-day operations and work closely with the leadership team, risk, and project functions, with the autonomy to make an impact across the company. Your focus will be on internal leadership: proactive risk management, contract strategy, and operational guidance.
