Skills—

• ITIL Release Manager exp is needed.
• Mandatory Skill : Release Management experience: Hands-on experience on Remedy for CRQ management from start to finish, including reviews and audits . Prior experience of handling Releases/ITSM for Enterprise level application.
• Preferred Skill : Very good understanding of Deployment/Automation/Harness/CICD pipelines.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• 8-10 years of ITSM experience in Change and other processes

• ITIL V3 / 2011 Foundation or Intermediate certification

• Capable to collaborate with Multiple Technical towers, face the Customer, coordinate with the Vendors

• Effective Communication skills
