We’re hiring a Lead Integrator – AI Project Execution to serve as the operational driver of our implementation teams. This is a high-accountability, hands-on role where you’ll take loosely defined AI strategies and turn them into clear, detailed execution frameworks—and then personally lead and contribute to their delivery.

You won’t just be managing others. You’ll be directly involved in the implementation itself —setting up systems, coordinating automation, writing documentation, and plugging gaps wherever needed. This is not a strategy-only role. It’s for someone who thrives at the intersection of planning, doing, and refining.

This role requires extreme attention to detail , systems thinking, and the ability to bring clarity to chaos. You’ll turn broad direction into step-by-step roadmaps, align cross-functional teams, and be responsible for ensuring real outcomes are delivered—on time, at spec, and without excuses.

• Take strategic direction and build detailed, tactical execution plans
• Break down abstract goals into sequenced workflows, tasks, and milestones
• Personally lead and contribute to the hands-on implementation of AI tools, automations, and operational systems
• Manage dashboards and task flow in ClickUp, Airtable, Notion, Slack, and Miro
• Coordinate contributors and enforce accountability across multiple workflows
• Track dependencies, enforce deadlines, and remove roadblocks
• Document processes, maintain QA, and ensure readiness for deployment
• Communicate clearly and consistently across technical and non-technical teams

• 5+ years in technical operations, systems execution, or project delivery
• Proven track record implementing AI, automation, or SaaS systems from end to end
• Hands-on fluency in ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and Miro
• Experienced with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Mistral, or open-source LLMs
• Able to lead implementation tasks while managing cross-functional contributors
• Strong communicator, documenter, and problem-solver
  

• Initial Engagement: 90-day contract with performance checkpoints
• Compensation: Below-market pay during trial + execution bonuses
• Long-Term Opportunity: High performers may be offered roles with project-based earnings tied to business unit success , designed to exceed traditional salary structures
