Job Description

Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Pay: $75k to $95k/year

Experience:

• 5 years of maintenance experience is required.
• 4 years of supervisory experience is required.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule:

• Day Shift, 6am to 6pm
• Night Shift, 6pm to 6am

Greene Resources is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Assigns PMs, checks PM completion, and tracks PM completion rates.
• Manages and directs the daily activities of Mechanics and Parts Clerk.
• Ensures all safety standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Schedules maintenance employees according to workloads, vacations, etc.
• Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipates and solves problems in a timely manner, and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Responsible for Food Safety, where applicable.
• Works with the maintenance team to adhere to budget costs.
• Creates department procedures and facilitates training.

Position Requirements:

• Programmable Logistics Controller (PLC) training required.
• Good leadership skills are required.
• Good oral and written communication skills required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to communicate with highly skilled technicians.
• Must be able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
• Must be able to work the hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
