Job Description

Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Pay: $75,000 to $95,000/year (depending on experience)

Experience: ​

• 5 years of maintenance experience
• 4 years of supervisory experience ​

Education:

• High school diploma or GED
• Programmable Logistics Controller (PLC) training

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: 1st Shift, 6am to 6pm

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Ensure the efficient operation and support of our maintenance department
• Assign PMs, checking completion and tracking rates
• Manage and direct daily activities to team members
• Ensure all safety standards, policies and procedures are followed
• Review the operation of plant equipment and systems, solving problems promptly and identify improvement opportunities
• Make calls to tech support for issues with machines, responsible for lean manufacturing, 5S, 6-Sigma
• Work with the departments to implement processes and develop improvement plans
• Create department procedures and facilitates training

Position Requirements:

• Working knowledge of PLC’s and controls
• Must have good leadership capabilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Hard-working and dependable with a desire to grow
