🔧 Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor
We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a well-established apartment community. This is a full-time leadership role for someone who takes pride in creating safe, well-maintained spaces for residents and team members alike.

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair operations
🔹 Manage service requests and make-readies with quick turnarounds
🔹 Lead and support maintenance techs and vendors
🔹 Ensure property is clean, safe, and operating efficiently
🔹 Schedule and complete preventative maintenance tasks
🔹 Maintain accurate records and control inventory
🔹 Respond to after-hours emergencies (rotating on-call)
🔹 Communicate effectively with on-site leadership
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2+ years in multifamily maintenance leadership
✔ Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, etc.
✔ Working knowledge of Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA regulations
✔ Ability to lead a team and manage vendors
✔ Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
✔ Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., work outdoors, and use power tools
✔ Must have own tools, smartphone, and reliable transportation
✔ CPO and EPA certifications required (or ability to obtain)
