Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Cannon Falls, MN

Pay Range: $23.00 - $31.00 per hour

Shift: Evenings (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm)

What's the Job?

• Repair and troubleshoot large mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair low voltage circuits and sensors.
• Read and follow machine diagrams and wiring diagrams.
• Document actions, parts, and time usage to work orders.
• Identify and implement safety and quality improvements.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for electrical problems.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with other technicians.
• Ability to decipher information from equipment manuals and schematics.
• Commitment to supporting plant processes and cross-functional teams.
