The Manager Laboratory Data and Informatics position:

• Oversees the BayCare Laboratory Informatics Program that promotes appropriate test utilization, patient safety, and positive change. Requires an advanced level of data analysis, working with multi-functional teams (including multi-specialty practitioners) and BayCare leadership to provide support and assistance on process improvement projects that utilize Laboratory generated data.
• Responsible for creating, analyzing, validating, and reporting laboratory data to key stakeholders.
• Requires an understanding of data security, data privacy, and clinical pathways.
• Demonstrate a high degree of clinical and technical competence, intrapersonal skills, attention to detail, independent critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Must have the ability to create and manage meaningful, high-level dashboards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in informatics or Lab Sciences.

Required Experience: 5 years Clinical Laboratory experience with 2 years Data Analysis. Preferred Experience: Tableau experience.

Required Credentials: Clinical Laboratory Technologist
