We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Market Analyst to serve as an expert in internal customer and competitive research intelligence. This role will focus on identifying and analyzing internal data sources, supporting strategic projects, and contributing to executive communications.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Intelligence Gathering

• Identify and maintain a pulse on internal data sources and reports related to customer and competitive intelligence.
• Build relationships with internal teams (e.g., R&I, CXP) to stay informed on relevant research.

Insight Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze internal reports and distill key findings into succinct, executive-ready summaries.
• Contribute to weekly team discussions and strategic planning sessions.

Strategic Research Support

• Conduct desk research to support high-priority strategic initiatives.
• Prepare market updates and insights for Azure leadership.

Team Rhythm of Business (ROB)

• Draft deliverables for executive communications.
• Support agenda management, tracking of open items, and offsite planning.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in cloud and AI, with deep familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data.
• Proven experience in the cloud technology space, ideally in a marketing or strategy role.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and comfort working in ambiguity.
• Excellent written communication skills—succinct, factual, and strategic.
