Office Manager:
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Pay Rate: Up to $25/hr
Employment Type: Part-time (20hr/week), 100% Onsite
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Manager to join our team in Costa Mesa. If you thrive in a church environment, LGTQ+ space, and enjoy helping people, this is the place for you! This role involves overseeing daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing exceptional administrative support. Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment.
-Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
-Handling payroll, invoicing, A/R, A/P, reconciling credit cards.
-Maintain and organize office files and records.
-Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
-Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
-Support communication with Pastor in events and facility rentals.
-Occasional help with any side projects as needed.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of relevant experience in office management or administrative support.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
-Proficient in OneDrive a plus.
-Ability to work independently.
-Bachelor's degree a plus.
