Title: OPENLink Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Type: 2+ year contract

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with OPENLink ; experience with COREPOINT and Cerner FSI is a strong plus.
• Proven expertise in HL7 messaging standards (e.g., ADT, ORM, ORU, DFT, RDE, MDM, SIU, etc.).
• Solid understanding of data structures , technical specifications, and HL7 message architecture.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and connectivity protocols including VPN, SFTP, TCP/IP, , etc.
• Familiarity with healthcare integration workflows in HIPAA-compliant environments .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage interfaces that integrate financial and clinical data across diverse healthcare systems.
• Respond promptly to user queries related to system interfaces and provide ad hoc support as needed.
• Monitor live interface connections and deliver proactive support to ensure seamless data flow.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the integration environment and configurations.
• Apply advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex HL7 interface issues efficiently.
• Prioritize and resolve incidents based on user impact and severity, ensuring resolution within defined service levels.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
• Share knowledge and best practices with peers, promoting continuous learning and improvement.

Technical Competencies:

• Deep knowledge of interface engines and integration tools in healthcare IT.
• Experience with monitoring tools , reporting platforms , and decision support systems .
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
