What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and grow your sales territory by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with builders, designers, architects, and contractors.
• Use a consultative sales approach to match clients with the right products for their projects.
• Manage key accounts while continuously prospecting for new clients.
• Leverage CRM tools to track leads, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and represent Builder Supply Group with professionalism and expertise.

Who You Are

• A proven  sales closer with at least 3+ years experience in outside sales and 2+ years in the building finishes industry (wood flooring, tile, stone, countertops, etc.).
• A  natural relationship-builder with a strong existing network of builders, designers, and industry professionals.
• A  self-motivated go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and networking on a daily basis to drive new business.
• Willing to go the extra mile for clients, including occasional after-hours calls and weekend availability when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
