Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial experience in optical, semiconductor, or electronics packaging.
- Hands-on experience with delicate semiconductor optical chip packaging processes,
including active optical alignment, epoxy dispense, UV curing, microscope inspection,
electrical testing/verification, and use of relevant metrology tools.
- Experience managing lab supplies and materials inventory, and organizing equipment
and tool usage.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or
under general guidance.
Pay rate $34 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
