Job Description

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team and assist with the collection, entry, and verification of timecards. Our payroll process involves managing weekly payroll for hundreds of clients and thousands of employees. The payroll team plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll submissions each week. This position is onsite in Rockwall, TX, daily 8 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, review, and input employee time data
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing weekly
• Address client and employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Proactively identify and resolve potential payroll discrepancies before finalizing payroll
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or associate degree preferred
• Previous experience in payroll, staffing, or a related field is a plus
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other relevant software
