Remote Personal Assistant to Director of People, Compliance & Operations and Director of Executive Support
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to support two key leadership roles: the Director of People, Compliance and Operations and the Director of Executive Support .
What You’ll Do:
• Help keep projects and daily tasks organized
• Track action items and follow up on deadlines
• Draft and edit documents, emails, and reports
• Maintain digital files and shared folders
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Support in light research, documentation, and internal coordination
What You Need:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and shift priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail
Type of Role:
• Remote
• Part-time or full-time (depending on availability)
• Reports directly to two directors
