Flexographic Press Operator

As a Flexographic Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. You will ensure efficient production while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols. This role involves interpreting job orders, performing press adjustments, monitoring print quality, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses according to job specifications.
• Monitor and maintain print quality throughout production runs.
• Perform press adjustments for registration, ink flow, and other variables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance on presses.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Flexographic Press Operator.
• Strong understanding of flexographic printing processes and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality consciousness.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay range and compensation package:
