Job Description

About Our Client:

Our client is a fast-growing, performance-driven global recruitment agency specializing in connecting top talent with leading companies across the U.S. Their team thrives on collaboration, integrity, and a shared passion for delivering high-impact recruitment solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Staffing Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team of consultants while continuing to produce results through full-desk recruitment.

Role Overview:

The Staffing Manager will play a dual role — managing a team of 5–10 recruiters while actively contributing to individual business development and recruiting goals. This leadership position is ideal for a high-performing full-desk recruiter with deep experience in the Texas and/or California markets, particularly within engineering, manufacturing, or IT verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–10 recruitment consultants.
  • Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and pipeline activity to ensure team success.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a high-energy, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

Recruitment & Business Development:

  • Manage a 360/full-desk workload, including sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Generate new business through outbound sales, networking, and referrals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients in Texas and California markets.

Strategic & Operational:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on team goals, market strategies, and business planning.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, company policies, and ethical recruiting practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in agency recruitment, with strong full-desk (360) capabilities.
  • Proven track record in business development and client management.
  • Experience managing a team of 5–10 consultants while maintaining personal production.
  • Industry specialization in engineering, manufacturing, or IT recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Texas and California job markets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.
  • Leadership incentives and team performance bonuses.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Flexible work arrangements and generous PTO.
  • Career advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing organization.
