Production Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can multi-task under tight deadlines. With Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

We welcome candidates from the Apparel, Accessories and/or Fashion industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of production timelines, generate reports and provide solutions to issues.
Develop time and action calendars for all programs managed.
Work closely with all vendors and agent offices to ensure that monthly production capacity is utilized and recommend appropriate action when issues arise.
Monitor production status of all programs by season.
Track Shipments from vendor to distribution center.
Support costing process by creating and distributing packages, issuing spreadsheets for tracking and conducting initial negotiation.
Partner with QC to make sure finished goods conform to quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Home textiles experience, apparel, or fashion
4 yrs. Solid, high-performance experience must be able to demonstrate successful track record with strong factory relationships.
Ability to help build strong factory relationships.
Bachelors degree required

SKILLS

Proficient in Product Development, Fabric Development with a clear understanding of fabric quality, pricing, and sourcing.
Ability to work as a team player
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong computer skills- PDM, Word, Excel, Pivot Tables and Flex PLM a plus.
