Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a QA Tester to join their team! This position is located in Tempe, Arizona.

Duties:

• Plan, write, and execute tests for web-based payment processing systems, APIs, third-party integrations, and point-of-sale hardware
• Collaborate with QA team members, product owners, software developers, and leadership within a Scrum-based
• Ensure products meet or exceed quality standards through thorough testing and validation
• Analyze requirements and identify test cases, scenarios, and edge cases
• Report, track, and assist in resolving defects and issues throughout the development lifecycle
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in QA processes, documentation, and testing strategies
• Support domestic and international teams during QA cycles and product releases
• Adapt to evolving software requirements and business needs with agility and precision
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to align QA efforts with team goals
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability in ensuring product reliability and performance

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge of full system development life cycles
• Understanding and application of quality assurance practices, standards, and tools
• Experience with automated and/or manual testing in web and client-server environments
• Proven ability to write test cases, test plans, and use cases
• Familiarity with structured test methodologies
• Hands-on experience developing and executing test scripts
• Ability to generate and communicate test execution reports

The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $44.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
