Job Description

Technical Recruiter - Hybrid in Dallas office 3x/week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Swoon’s clients and our internal sales team to understand open job requirements and deliver the highest quality service
  • Identify top talent for our customers through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking and referrals
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skillsets, experience and culture fit
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients and industry professionals through strong communication and superior candidate care
  • Network and build your presence through client meetings, industry events, social media and weekly connections
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly recruitment activity targets and revenue goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices in the recruitment space
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources, finance, communications, marketing, business or a related field required

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of the recruitment industry including: Telecom, Finance & Accounting, Digital/Marketing/Creative, Human Resources, Procurement, Supply Chain and Information Technology
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
