Location: West Columbia, SC

Facility: Lexington Medical Center (MSA Hospice)

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per year

MSA Hospice, part of the Medical Services of America family, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our General Inpatient (GIP) Hospice Program located inside Lexington Medical Center. This is not a home health role—this is high-acuity hospice care provided in a hospital setting.

You’ll be part of a supportive, on-site team including an LPN, social worker, and care liaison. Our goal? Deliver expert care and meaningful comfort during life’s most vulnerable moments.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver skilled nursing care and symptom management for inpatient hospice patients
• Work closely with LPNs, social workers, and hospital staff to provide holistic care
• Support patients and families through crisis moments with calm and clarity
• Keep accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with physicians
• Flex with the daily caseload while maintaining a strong, compassionate presence

Requirements:

• Active RN license in South Carolina
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care (hospice experience preferred)
• Calm under pressure, emotionally steady, and compassionate

You Bring:

• SC RN License (Required)
• 1+ year of direct patient care (Hospice experience preferred)
