Firewater Response LLC is looking for COMMERCIAL SERVIC E TECHNICIANS that will specialize in disaster mitigation. They will have with high energy and exceptional problem-solving skills to join our team in the Pittsburgh area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to doing the right thing. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in responding to water, fire, mold and biohazard damage in commercial facilities all over the city.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, inspect and complete tasks related to restoration projects, ensuring the successful completion of drying, demolition and other restoration activities.
• Perform water damage restoration services, including extraction and drying of affected areas.
• Prepare detailed documentation and photographs in line with company policies to support reimbursement from insurance companies.
• Retrieve work orders, plan travel routes, ensure necessary equipment and supplies are loaded onto the truck, and arrive at job sites on time.
• Complete assigned tasks following company procedures, while maintaining high standards of quality control on each job.
• Ensure proper maintenance and handling of equipment, supplies, vehicles and products.
• Monitor and perform daily tasks on assigned commercial jobs with a sense of urgency.
• Adjust drying plans daily based on meter readings to ensure optimal progress.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to commit to a 24/7 restoration cycle, including participation in on-call rotations.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull objects up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Given the nature of the work, employees may encounter various worksite conditions. All necessary precautions, including PPE are provided to ensure employee safety.
• Excellent team collaborator.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

**This is not a remote position** On site at our Warehouse/Office Monday - Friday**
