Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage comprehensive test strategies and plans for SAP MDG implementations.
Define and oversee test scenarios, test cases, and test data aligned with business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data governance and data quality standards are met through rigorous testing.
Lead test execution cycles, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
Track and manage defects using Jira, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
Maintain detailed documentation and test artifacts in Confluence.
Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and test metrics to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational QA standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in SAP MDG testing and implementation projects.
More than 7 years of testing or test leadership experience
Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for test management and collaboration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional testing teams.
Experience working in a global delivery model for a complex organization is preferred
