Job Description

Staffing Assistant  

Location: Arlington, VA 

Reports To: Senior Program Manager 

Position Overview  

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staffing Assistant to support the recruitment, onboarding, and management of brand ambassadors for national AMP (Alliance Marketing Partners) activations. This role involves collaborating closely with the Senior Staffing Program Manager and other teams to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and successful execution of staffing initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Brand Ambassador (BA) Recruitment, Onboarding, & Integration
  • Monitor applicants on TrustedHerd staffing platform for upcoming events and assist with onboarding to AMP systems as required. 
  • Schedule and conduct introductory interviews with Brand Ambassadors via Zoom or phone. 
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including: 
  • Daily review of Monday.com staffing requests; add BAs based on referrals and requests. 
  • Add BAs to AMP Staffing, payment, and background check platforms such as Rippling and Checkr. 
  • Send welcome and onboarding communication. 
  • Maintain records of manager feedback and track blacklisted employees. 
  • Offboard BAs and remove profiles from systems when applicable.
  • Respond to BAs’ questions and facilitate effective communication. 
  • System & Data Management
  • Monitor Rippling schedules, archive inactive BAs, and remove those who have not taken shifts in several months. 
  • Additional Support & Administrative Tasks 
  • Assist the Staffing Event Manager with other tasks as needed to support staffing operations. 

Qualifications  

  • Ability to be in office full time, 5 days a week in Arlington, VA
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and databases efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, or administrative support
