Job Description

Position Summary:

The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations on active job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in K-12 renovations and/or ground-up commercial construction , with a proven track record of project leadership and team coordination .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site construction activities for K-12 renovation and general commercial projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain project schedules and communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve field issues promptly.
• Utilize Procore for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Be available for weekend shifts as project demands require.

Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong preference for candidates with K-12 renovation experience .
• Experience with ground-up commercial projects is also acceptable.
• Demonstrated tenure and stability with previous employers.
• Proficiency in Procore construction management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
