📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Draft complex estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives

• Assist with estate and trust administration, probate processes, and fiduciary accountings

• Conduct legal research and develop written analyses on estate, gift, GST, and income tax matters

• Advise on wealth transfer and tax-minimization strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys

• Engage directly with clients, fiduciaries, and financial advisors to provide tailored legal counsel

✅ Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in a trusts and estates practice at a law firm

• Admission to the New York State Bar (required)

• LLM in Taxation preferred but not required

• Strong drafting and legal research capabilities

• Effective organizational and time management skills

• Excellent client communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proven ability to handle complex matters with professionalism and discretion
